Job Description

Advanced Hairdressing Services

: creative color, color corrections, be-spoke haircuts, treatments, and styling for female clients.

Client Consultations

: Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client needs and provide personalized advice on suitable styles and products.

Team Leadership & Mentoring

: Guide and support junior stylists, conduct internal training, and assist in developing their skills.

Salon Operations

: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment and tools, manage inventory, and assist with general salon upkeeping.

Customer Service

: Build lasting client relationships, handle feedback professionally, and ensure client satisfaction.

Product Promotion

: Actively promote and demonstrate hair products available for retail sale.

Trend Awareness

: Stay informed on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to offer innovative services.

Record Keeping

: Maintain detailed client record cards, especially for color services.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Language:

* Spoken & written fluent English (Required)
