Job Description

We are hiring a talented and passionate Senior Hairstylist to join our client's salon team in Dubai. If you are skilled in cutting, coloring, and hair treatments, and have a flair for delivering top-tier customer service, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:



Perform a full range of hair services, including cutting, coloring, blow-drying, styling, and treatments. Consult with clients to understand their preferences and provide expert recommendations based on hair type, condition, and latest trends. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and new products. Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized workstation, adhering to salon health and safety standards. Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat visits and referrals. Participate in regular trainings and workshops for continued skill development.

Requirements:



Proven experience working as a Hair Stylist in a reputable salon or spa. Proficient in advanced cutting techniques, various coloring methods (e.g., balayage, highlights), and treatments (e.g., keratin, protein). Excellent communication and customer service skills. A team player with a positive attitude and passion for beauty and styling.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
