Responsibilities:

Consultation and Client Management:

Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their hair care needs and preferences. Provide expert advice on hairstyles, cuts, colors, and treatments based on client hair types and preferences. Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction throughout the service.

Hair Services:

Perform a range of services including hair cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments. Stay up to date with the latest hair trends and techniques to offer innovative services. Utilize professional products and tools, including

Aveda

and

Schwarzkopf

, to achieve desired results while maintaining hair health.

Technical Expertise:

Demonstrate proficiency in advanced cutting techniques (precision cuts, layering, texturizing). Apply coloring techniques like foiling, balayage, and ombre with precision and skill. Perform treatments such as deep conditioning, keratin treatments, and chemical processes as needed.

Sanitation and Safety:

Maintain a clean, organized workstation, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized and in good condition. Adhere to salon safety and sanitation protocols to ensure the health and safety of clients and staff.

Customer Service:

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through exceptional service and communication. Address client inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly. Promote salon products and services, and educate clients on proper hair care routines using

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a

Senior Hair Stylist

in a high-end women's salon. Proficiency in a wide range of hair styling techniques and services. Experience with

and

Schwarzkopf

products or the ability to quickly learn these professional lines. Minimum of 3 years of experience in hairstyling with a focus on women's hair. Certification from a recognized cosmetology school (preferred). Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
