Stay updated on industry trends to offer clients cutting-edge and fashionable styles. Leadership and Mentoring:Act as a mentor and leader for junior stylists, providing guidance, sharing knowledge, and fostering a positive learning environment.
Collaborate with the salon management team to contribute to the overall success and growth of the salon. Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized service, effective communication, and attention to detail.
Ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues with professionalism and tact. Product Knowledge and Retail Sales:Stay informed about the latest hair care products and recommend suitable products for at-home maintenance.
Promote and sell retail hair care products to clients, contributing to overall salon revenue. Salon Operations:Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards in the salon.
Assist in managing salon inventory, tools, and equipment to ensure a well-organized and efficient workspace. Continuous Learning:Attend industry workshops, seminars, and training sessions to stay current with evolving trends and techniques.
Share acquired knowledge with the salon team to enhance collective skillsets. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Senior Hair Stylist in a reputable salon. State cosmetology or hairstylist license. Extensive knowledge and proficiency in hair cutting, coloring, and styling techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to mentor and inspire a team. Creativity and a keen eye for detail. Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
