We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Hairdresser to join our creative salon team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hair artistry, excellent technical skills, and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding client experiences. You will lead by example, support stylists, and help maintain the salon's high standards of service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Provide a full range of professional hairdressing services, including cutting, colouring, styling, treatments, and extensions. Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable styles or treatments. Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and product innovations. Supervise, mentor, and train junior stylists and apprentices. Maintain salon cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards. Manage client appointments, build loyal relationships, and encourage repeat business. Support salon promotions, product sales, and marketing initiatives. Uphold a positive team environment and represent the salon's brand values.
Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 10+ years of professional hairdressing experience (including colour and cutting). NVQ/SVQ Level 3 in Hairdressing (or equivalent qualification). Strong knowledge of current trends, products, and techniques. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards. Experience mentoring or supervising team members preferred. Professional, punctual, and customer-service oriented.
