Job Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead design projects and create visually compelling graphics across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative vision, excellent technical skills, and the ability to mentor junior designers while delivering high-quality work that aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage graphic design projects from concept to final delivery.
Develop creative concepts, layouts, and visual assets for digital, print, social media, branding, and advertising campaigns.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions.
Ensure consistency of brand identity and style across all design materials.
Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and fostering their growth.
Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
Prepare and present design proposals and concepts to stakeholders.
Optimize graphics for various platforms, ensuring responsiveness and user engagement.
Oversee production processes, liaise with printers and vendors as necessary.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a senior or lead role.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design skills and versatility.
Experience with UI/UX design, motion graphics, or video editing is a plus.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
