Job Description

Overseeing all design projects, from conception to delivery

Responsible for conceptualization and implementation of design works that meet campaign strategies from concept to completion

Reviewing designs to ensure they meet company brand standards or reviewing marketing materials to ensure they are effective at promoting the company's products or services

Project manage all design assignments, ensuring all work is produced on time

Ensure all design work produced is compliant with the brand and meets the brand guidelines

Ensure the design team promotes our brand through delivering high quality pieces on tight deadlines

Closely works with the Head of Marketing and other key members of the marketing team to align on all ongoing communications plans

Work on the branding and launch of sub brands and new projects within CZG

Pitch ideas and campaigns to elevate the brand positioning and subsequently assist in generating more leads

Work closely with the development team to ensure landing pages are visually appealing with a proper UX/UI design

Establishing timelines for projects and managing the workflow to ensure that deadlines are met

Coordinating with external vendors for any media requirements of the group

Leading multimedia productions from set up to post-production

Overseeing the design QA process, as well as developing visual design brand guidelines and design templates for designers to use and adhere to

Maintain a high level of team engagement and motivation among the creative department
