Job Description

Tracerco is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead the visual communication strategy for our technical products and solutions. This role is responsible for translating complex scientific concepts into clear, compelling, and brand-consistent visual materials for global marketing, sales, and client education. The position reports to the Marketing Manager or Communications Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and production of a wide range of marketing materials, including brochures, datasheets, white papers, exhibition graphics, presentations, and digital assets (website, social media, email campaigns). Create technical diagrams, infographics, and illustrations that clearly explain product functions, applications, and radiation measurement concepts for non-specialist audiences in oil & gas, nuclear, and healthcare industries. Maintain and evolve the company's brand identity across all visual touchpoints, ensuring global consistency. Manage multiple design projects from concept to final delivery, adhering to timelines and brand guidelines. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to understand technical specifications and translate them into effective visual communication. Provide art direction and mentor junior designers or external freelancers as required. Prepare final press-ready and digital files according to required specifications. Stay current with design trends, software, and best practices, particularly in the B2B and technical sectors.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in B2B, technical, or industrial sectors. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft PowerPoint. Proven ability to visualize complex, data-heavy, or technical information through clean and effective design. Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and print/digital production processes. Strong project management, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines. Experience with basic UI/UX principles or motion graphics is a plus. A portfolio submission is required for application consideration.
