Job Description
We're looking for a
Marketing Assistant
to join our growing real estate team! If you're creative, organized, and have a passion for property marketing, this is your chance to be part of a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for property launches, listings, and events. Coordinate with designers and photographers to create high-quality marketing materials. Manage social media accounts and ensure consistent posting and engagement. Update property listings on online portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, etc.). Support the marketing team in preparing brochures, flyers, videos, and other content. Monitor marketing performance and help generate reports. Provide administrative support to the marketing manager and sales team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum
1-3 years of marketing experience
(real estate experience preferred). Strong knowledge ofsocial media platforms
andreal estate portals
. Proficient inMicrosoft Office
and basic understanding ofCanva / Adobe tools
. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.We Offer:
