Role Overview:

We are seeking an exceptionally skilled Senior Graphic Designer with

advanced Adobe InDesign expertise

and extensive experience in

bid package and technical documentation design

. This role is pivotal in creating high-quality, precise, and visually persuasive documents that reflect our brand and drive client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end design, layout, and production of bid packages, proposals, and technical documents for high-stakes projects. Collaborate with project, sales, and engineering teams to translate complex technical content into visually structured, professional documents. Create, maintain, and enforce templates, style guides, and design standards for bid-related documentation. Utilize

advanced InDesign functionalities

including GREP styles, nested styles, object styles, master pages, tables, and multi-page workflows to optimize document production. Integrate graphics, charts, infographics, and illustrations from Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop seamlessly into layouts. Ensure all deliverables meet high standards for corporate branding, print, and digital publication. Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with exceptional attention to detail.

Required Skills & Expertise:

Expert proficiency in

Adobe InDesign

, with deep knowledge of advanced typography, layout structuring, and template automation. Strong skills in

Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

for creating graphics and technical illustrations. Proven experience designing

bid packages, proposals, and technical documentation

, preferably for corporate, industrial, or government clients. Strong understanding of document hierarchy, layout clarity, and information structuring for complex content. Knowledge of print production standards, PDF workflows, and digital optimization. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Experience with large-scale bid projects in the UAE or GCC region. Familiarity with collaborative platforms like SharePoint, Teams, or cloud-based document management systems. Creative problem-solving skills with a focus on high-impact visual solutions.
