Role Overview:

We're looking for a passionate Graphic Designer who lives in the world of vectors and illustration--someone who can move seamlessly from concept to production-ready artwork. If you're comfortable designing for print, branding and digital, and thrive in a fast-moving print studio environment -- this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Design vector-based graphics and illustrations using

Adobe Illustrator

: logos, icons, patterns, packaging, custom print products (like tumblers or promotional merch) and signage. Develop print collateral: business cards, letterheads, brochures, stickers, mugs/tumblers, promotional items -- ensuring print readiness (correct bleed/margin/resolution/colour mode). Work on large-format design: banners, roll-ups, exhibition stands, vehicle graphics, signage -- produce artwork that meets installation/production specs. Produce digital graphics supporting your print work: social-media posts, digital promos, online ads that echo our high-quality print offerings. Liaise with clients, sales and production teams: translate requests into creative work, deliver revisions, and maintain brand consistency and production standards. Manage multiple jobs with tight deadlines, keep file systems clean, assure hand-off to production is smooth.

Requirements:

2+ years (preferred) as a Graphic Designer in print/branding/digital. Expert proficiency with

Adobe Illustrator

-- this is your main tool. Strong knowledge of print-production workflows: understanding colours (CMYK, spot), bleed/margin, file formats, large-format specifics. An eye for illustration: able to produce original artwork, icons or custom vectors. Excellent in typography, composition, colour usage and brand design. Strong communication skills, team-player mentality, responsive to feedback. Excellent time-management: handling many design projects concurrently, delivering to deadlines. Must submit a portfolio: highlighting print designs (business cards, signage, packaging), vector illustrations, branding work.

Desirable / Bonus Skills:

Experience designing for large-format or promotional product printing (vehicle wraps, roll-ups, tumblers etc). Knowledge of finishing processes: lamination, die-cut, adhesive/vinyl; artwork preparation for CNC, laser or plotter if applicable. Basic motion graphics or animation skills for digital promo usage. Previous experience in a fast-paced print/advertising studio environment.
