We are looking for a talented and experienced

Graphic Designer

to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong design portfolio, experience in both

static and motion graphics

, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in conceptualizing and executing high-impact visual content across various platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and take creative ownership of projects from concept through execution. The right candidate should be comfortable overseeing junior designers and freelancers, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and produce engaging visual content for digital and print platforms, including social media, websites, presentations, ads, and marketing materials. Handle

multiple design projects simultaneously

, from concept to delivery, while meeting deadlines and maintaining brand consistency. Create

video content and animations

, including editing, motion graphics, and visual effects for digital campaigns and promotional use. Lead or support

team oversight

, helping to guide junior designers and freelancers when required. Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, content, and development to deliver creative solutions that meet business objectives. Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices, continuously enhancing creative output. Manage and organize design assets, maintaining a clean and accessible digital asset library.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

4-5 years of professional experience

in a graphic design role, preferably in a fast-paced or agency environment. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including branding, digital media, and motion graphics. Proficiency in

Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign). Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and design principles. Experience with

video editing and animation tools

is essential. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent communication and time management skills.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
