Macaw Advertising, a leading

signage, printing, and branding company in the UAE

, is expanding its creative department and seeking

3 highly skilled Senior Graphic Designers

to join our team.

This is a

senior-level position

requiring

deep expertise in design, branding, and print production

. The selected candidates will play a

key role in shaping the visual identity

of our clients across signage, apparel, packaging, and corporate branding projects.

We are looking for designers who are not just creative but also

technically strong, detail-oriented, and capable of handling high-pressure deadlines

with perfection.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize and execute

creative designs

across a wide range of print and branding projects:

Signages (indoor & outdoor), vehicle branding, shop boards, billboards

T-shirt & apparel printing

Corporate identity & branding materials

(logos, brand guidelines, stationery)

Flyers, brochures, packaging, business cards, roll-ups, banners

Develop and maintain

brand identities

for diverse clients. Prepare

print-ready artworks

with accurate file formats, dimensions, color modes (CMYK), and bleed settings. Collaborate with the

production team

to ensure flawless execution of designs. Handle multiple client projects simultaneously with

tight deadlines and high accuracy

. Stay updated with

latest design trends, printing technologies, and materials

. Mentor and guide junior designers in the creative team.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of proven experience

as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the

signage, printing, or branding industry

. Expert-level proficiency in

Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign

. Strong knowledge of

CorelDRAW

(mandatory for print industry work). Deep understanding of

printing processes, formats, resolutions, and color management

. Strong creative portfolio showcasing expertise in

branding, layouts, typography, and large-format designs

. Excellent time management, communication, and client-handling skills. Ability to work independently under

high pressure and tight deadlines

.

Added Advantage (Preferred):

Knowledge of

motion graphics & video editing

(Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro). Experience in

packaging design, corporate gifting artwork, and large-format printing

. Familiarity with

3D mockups & visualization tools

.
