Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Create and lead high-quality digital designs for social media, websites, and online campaigns. Design print materials such as brochures, flyers, packaging, and branding items. Guide and mentor junior designers to maintain quality and consistency. Work closely with marketing and other teams to deliver creative ideas that meet business goals. Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain a strong visual identity. Review and refine designs based on feedback. Stay updated on design trends and suggest new ideas. Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Keep design files and assets well-organized.
Requirements
Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); motion graphics experience is a plus. Solid understanding of design principles (layout, color, typography). 5+ years of experience with a strong portfolio of digital and print work. Ability to handle projects from concept to final delivery. Good communication and teamwork skills. Detail-oriented, creative, and able to work under deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
