Job Description

:

Lead and execute the design of branding, marketing materials, digital content, and product packaging for all YAY Global Group entities. Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to create compelling visuals aligned with campaign goals. Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms and channels. Create engaging graphics for web, social media, email campaigns, events, and presentations. Stay updated on design trends and incorporate fresh ideas into the creative strategy. Manage multiple design projects from concept to delivery, adhering to deadlines and brand objectives. Assist in UI/UX design for web and mobile platforms when required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field. Minimum

3+ years

of professional design experience, preferably in a fast-paced or agency environment. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects). Experience in motion graphics and video editing is a plus. Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects (branding, digital, print, social media). Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Attention to detail and a passion for high-quality creative output. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of UI/UX tools such as Figma or Adobe XD. Experience with photography, illustration, or animation. Familiarity with web development processes and CMS platforms is a bonus.
