About the Job

Our client is seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join their dynamic team.

The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing and executing high-quality creative designs for a range of projects, from print collateral to digital marketing assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and mentor junior designers.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and develop creative designs for a range of projects, including marketing materials, branding, packaging, digital assets, and more
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet the objectives and goals of each project
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines and deliverables are met on time and within budget
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, ensuring high-quality work and professional development
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the company\'s design capabilities are current and competitive
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and standards, maintaining consistency across all channels and touchpoints
• Work with external vendors and partners as needed to execute projects

About the Candidate

• Bachelor\'s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects across multiple industries and channels
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to lead and mentor junior designers
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout, with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a positive attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges
• Experience with web design, UI/UX design, and video production is a plus
