Job Purpose:

The global supply chain and logistics industry is being digitally disrupted with technology adoptions like Cloud, Industry 4.0, IoT, Blockchains, Big Data, AI, Robotics, etc. DP World is the front runner in the revolution, pioneering the adoption of Hyperloop transportation, autonomous truck, drone delivery, Smart Sensor, BOXBAY storage system, blockchain, and building a connected logistics ecosystem via the Cargoes suite of products.

For this purpose, we are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer that has a passion for engaging customers through well-crafted advertising and marketing experiences.

As part of the Marketing team, you will partner work across business units to ideate, conceptualize and create brand identities and visual design systems for advertising and communications.

The Senior Graphic Designer will produce visually compelling creative work with a passion for clear design. You will play a key role in the Marketing Department while supporting the development and application of design to all areas of the organization, as well as stewards and champions of brand consistency across all supported properties and products.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for the interpretation of the creative brief and providing innovative, high quality and brand-aligned creative design concepts.
  • Assist in the development, maintenance and consistent execution of brand creative guidelines
  • Utilize design style guides to maintain consistent visual brand identity across work for different internal brands, channels and platforms, with a focus on digital and direct outputs.
  • Build graphic toolkits that enable design teams to create high-quality assets that are consistent with the brand and campaign aesthetic to form assets and templates
  • Ideation of Brand-led campaigns, oversee the creative direction and produce thoughtful and innovative work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Lead creative strategy aligned with business objectives, messaging, audiences, and priorities, implementing a robust creative publishing schedule across corporate and social platforms to drive deeper engagement with our audiences and increase in ad recall and brand recognition.
  • Work cross-functionally with teams to develop a deeper understanding of consumer insights to help inform creativity.
  • Strong conceptual and design skills in the delivery of creatives against campaigns and media plans across both print and digital design across all channels (web, email, video/social, digital)
  • Proactively identify emerging design trends and contribute to robust internal creative conversations
  • Work efficiently within a creative content team, managing and prioritizing workflow and maintaining ongoing communication with content and marketing colleagues
  • Digital media asset management
  • Collaborate with other designers, copywriters and vendors. Collaborate with other team members to foster a positive and productive culture and contribute toward the overall growth
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to successfully reach deadlines on time.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
  • BS/MS degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), graphic design or equivalent professional experience
  • An outstanding portfolio and 5-10 years of experience of Graphic design for advertising or similar.
  • A portfolio showcasing bold and impactful brand communication and graphic design across a range of visual styles for both Digital and print.
  • Experience demonstrating design across a range of social media marketing collateral
  • The ability to think creatively -- Developing, designing, or creating new applications, ideas, relationships, systems, or products, including artistic contributions.
  • Thorough working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
  • A strong eye for detail and a demanding drive for quality executions.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects concurrently and have the flexibility to work across global time zones.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills, including the ability to communicate design concepts clearly and persuasively
  • Relentless desire for innovation, balanced with business needs, and customer expectations
  • Experience working in a collaborative team and working directly or remotely with developers for the implementation of customer experiences
  • Experience with best practices for information architecture and design, as well as experience with usability principles and techniques
