This position requires a talented individual who is capable of creating and designing social media posts, advertising, GIFs, articles, layout design, typography, and print production for all aspects of NSM Group marketing strategy and for its customers. Additional responsibilities include coordination and implementation of all customer print or digital media advertising material requests. In a nutshell, you will be a "go-to" resource for all things design. Responsibilities:

• Closely collaborate with the team working on, contributing creative ideas for visual presentation of the concept brief provided.
• Work independently in actualizing a number of designs and submit them for approval.
• Carry sales or marketing concepts across multiple pieces as part of a complete campaign.
• Produce a defined number of social media posts, GIFs, Ads, etc, based on the initial brief
• Produce layouts of all digital media, including but not limited to: social media, mobile, and all other digital platforms
• Design internal document and email templates
• Be a leader and provide design guidance to peers and developing designers.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends to keep the company at the forefront of design.

Requirements:

• Proven working design experience for a minimum of 4-5 years and a solid portfolio.
• Proficient in Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and InDesign
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Work well in a fast-paced, demanding environment with minimal supervision.
• Be highly organized and adhere to deadlines
