: Design and oversee high-quality visuals for brochures, social media, websites, presentations, hoardings, and branding materials related to real estate developments.
Branding
: Maintain and evolve the company's brand identity in alignment with real estate project positioning and target audiences.
Marketing Campaigns
: Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute campaigns for project launches, property exhibitions, and digital promotions.
Visual Storytelling
: Translate project vision and value propositions into engaging visual narratives and infographics.
Project Management
: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously with attention to deadlines and detail; liaise with printers, photographers, and external agencies as needed.
Team Collaboration
: Mentor junior designers and collaborate cross-functionally with sales, development, and corporate teams.
UX/UI Design
(optional): Provide input or design support for websites, landing pages, and real estate apps (basic UI/UX understanding is a plus).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of graphic design experience, with at least 2 years in the real estate or luxury sector preferred.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
Strong portfolio showcasing branding, print, digital, and environmental design.
Knowledge of real estate marketing materials and regional aesthetic trends (Arabic/English bilingual design sensibility is an advantage).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
