Position Overview: As a Graphics Designer at Media Collab, you will be a key creative team member responsible for bringing our clients\' brands to life through visually stunning designs. You will work closely with our clients and internal teams to produce compelling graphics and visual content that captivate audiences and support our digital marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities:
- Graphic Design: Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for various digital marketing channels, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.
- Client Collaboration: Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and objectives, and ensure that design solutions align with their branding and messaging.
- Creative Conceptualization: Develop creative concepts and design strategies that effectively communicate client messages and resonate with target audiences.
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, infographics, and other visual content that enhances the overall digital marketing campaigns.
- Branding Consistency: Ensure that all design assets maintain brand consistency and adhere to established brand guidelines.
- Design Optimization: Adapt designs for various digital platforms and screen sizes to ensure optimal user experiences.
- Digital Asset Management: Organize and maintain a library of digital assets, including images, illustrations, and templates for efficient use across campaigns.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, digital marketers, and developers, to integrate visual assets seamlessly into campaigns.
- Deadline Management: Meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality design standards.
- Client Presentations: Present design concepts and strategies to clients, incorporating feedback and revisions as needed.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a digital agency setting.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking, with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual designs.
- Excellent attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in digital and social media design.
