Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Graphic Designer located in Cairo, Egypt. The primary responsibilities include designing graphics, creating visual concepts for branding, designing logos, and ensuring cohesive and professional design consistency across various media. The Senior Graphic Designer will collaborate with internal teams to align designs with the company's brand identity and contribute creative solutions to meet project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead, supervise, and mentor the in-house design team. -Develop creative concepts and oversee execution of marketing and communication materials (digital, print, and outdoor). -Collaborate with marketing, business development, and operations teams to deliver impactful designs aligned with company goals. -Ensure all design work reflects brand guidelines and maintains professional quality standards. -Manage multiple design projects, timelines, and priorities effectively. -Review and approve final artwork before publishing or production.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. -at least 5+ years of experience in graphic design, - Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative projects. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus). - Experience in the property, real estate, or facility management industry is an advantage.
