Responsibilities

Ability to demonstrate strong coding skills in C#/.NET software development programming, and the ability to create restful services in .NET.

Responsible for the coordination, development, implementation, of the Geographic Information System (GIS) component of the system.
Ability to demonstrate strong coding skills in JavaScript/HTML5/CSS3, ArcGIS Server 10.X Services.
Responsible for creating GIS applications with ESRI JavaScript API 4.X, CSS and HTML 5
Working knowledge of geo-processing techniques, spatial tools, cartographic elements, GIS planning and system development (knowledge of Python scripting preferred) Interface with non-spatial data using SQL (via stored procedures, ETL, SSIS, SSRS, etc.) Demonstrate the ability to plan, install and maintain and manage SQL server databases.

Document the design, development and delivery of technical solutions. Requirements

5 years of experience in advanced C#/.NET software development programming and restful web services development.
solid experience in SQL server
Experience developing using Esri APIs
Bachelors in computer science.
