Job Purpose
Execute the design, development, implementation and administration of the Barakah Nuclear Power Plant (BNPP) General Training programs. This position would need to monitor and ensure the supplemental worker and outage training are provided.

Program Planning and Coordination
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Coordinate the implementation of scheduled training programs including supplemental worker and outage training between all stakeholders (those key to safety at BNPP); topics include Plant/ Site access training, Nuclear Performance Improvement (NPI) training, and Health and Safety training.
- Collect the supplemental worker and outage plans from line in order to support BNPP General training and operational plans to meet expectations and department planning needs.
- Review and facilitate the communication of training program schedules and project plans to maintain schedule adherence.
- Track the implementation of training to monitor compliance with required actions and timelines.
- Coordinate all aspects of the Supplemental Worker Training Program and Outage Training Program.
General Training Program Improvement
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Conduct surveys to guide training effectiveness.
- Analyze and review feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of the training.
- Conduct analysis of program administrative plans and timelines in order to ensure adherence to standards and implement best practices.
- Participate in Self-Assessments as needed to identify improvement opportunities.
- Operate as e-Cap Champion for BNPP General Training as needed.
Training Expertise and Support
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Keep current as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Security related areas such as Critical Infrastructure and Coastal Protection Authority (CICPA) and Abu Dhabi Occupational Safety and Health (OSHAD) in order to support in the assessment of Health and Safety Training as well as with the National Qualification Unit Standards
