Job Description

JOB PURPOSE Monitor and report that services are delivered promptly and efficiently to meet the requirements of the end-user. Ensure proper documentation of fuel-related transactions in SAP under client policies and procedures. Responsibilities

• Analyze and monitor Fuel requirements and ensure timely delivery of those services as per SLA / contract.
• Monitor and control over Fuel Master data and ensure that all records are updated on the system as per SLA / contract.
• Create fuel consumption data models for each fleet unit and review the consumption regularly.
• Analyze and report the anomalies in fuel operation.
• Ensure service continuity and availability in coordination with the operation team, service providers, and client relevant team.
• System monitoring & control for accurate reporting of all fuel transactions in accordance with SLA.
• Monthly review of fuel team timesheet for approvals.
• Compliance with client Organizational Policies and Procedures
• Management & Control of Fuel outsources contracts and related activities.
• Assist the Manager - Fleet Service in his day-to-day activities.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as advised by the Client Fleet Management team.
• Schedule & Conduct regular site visits to ensure smooth fuel operation within agreed guidelines.
• Attending meetings as required.
• Always keep updated documents and records in SAP or as advised by the management.
• Review and timely processing of subcontractor claims
• Performing any related task as instructed by the line manager.
• Provide effective reporting and present salient matters that are significant to the management, while creating useful records for future references.
• Deliver critical feedback where needed throughout the contract.
• Implement approved policies, processes, systems, standards, and procedures to support the execution of the Department / Section's work programs.
• Design and implement new tools and techniques to improve the quality and efficiency of operational processes.
• Reporting to line manager on all activities in assigned area of service including analysis study for repeated jobs, the recommendation for cost reduction with quality standards.
• Provide diagnostics analytics & progress reports
• Generate and review fuel reports as and when requested and BI reports for the management.
• Creating visual dashboards and developing business reports available within fuel management.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months Salary: Up to AED17,500.00 per month Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Fleet Management: 10 years (Preferred)
• asset mgt systems prefereably SAP PM & MS.Office Suite: 10 years (Required)

Language:

• English (Required)
• Arabic (Required)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License (Preferred)
