Job Description

We are seeking an expert React engineer to design, build, and maintain highly-scalable web applications. The role combines deep React knowledge with secure authentication, sophisticated routing, robust API integration, and modern UI/UX implementation. You will own front-end architecture from initial design through deployment and optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop feature-driven, modular component architectures with code-splitting and reusable patterns. Implement advanced routing (React Router v6 +) with private/protected routes and role-based guards. Integrate secure OAuth 2.0 authentication (e.g., Laravel Passport), token storage, and refresh interceptors; build permission-based RBAC systems. Consume REST APIs through robust axios/fetch clients, incorporating caching, request deduplication, and rotation strategies. Deliver responsive, accessible UIs: skeleton loaders, drag-and-drop, toast notifications, Tailwind CSS styling. Optimise performance via memoisation, lazy loading, virtual lists, and large-dataset handling (pagination, infinite scroll). Enable real-time features with WebSocket/SSE/polling. Manage CI/CD deployment pipelines and basic DevOps tasks for production releases. Uphold best practices in Git (branching, PR reviews, rebasing) and mentor peers in clean version-control workflows.
Required Skills & Experience

2 + years professional React development with TypeScript. Mastery of React hooks (useEffect, useMemo, useCallback, useReducer) and state-update patterns. Proven track-record building scalable RBAC, token-based authentication, and contextual permission systems. Expertise in REST conventions, API client engineering, and performance optimisation techniques. Strong UI/UX sensibility with Tailwind CSS and interactive feedback elements.
