Senior Front-End Engineer (Full-Time, Remote)

We are hiring a

Senior Front-End Engineer

to lead the development of high-quality, user-facing features in our fully remote team. You'll work directly with the founders to shape core product experiences for a global audience of front-end engineers.

This is a high-impact role with end-to-end ownership--from architecture to implementation--where your work will directly influence the company's direction and user experience. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to build modern, performant interfaces with clean code and strong design instincts.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of new features and improvements across the front-end stack Translate product and design requirements into responsive, accessible, and performant interfaces Establish and uphold best practices in front-end architecture, component design, and code quality Collaborate closely with the founders and other stakeholders to make product decisions Mentor junior engineers and help maintain a high technical bar Drive continuous improvement through code reviews, testing, and performance tuning

Requirements

5+ years of experience in front-end development Deep expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one major framework (such as React, Vue, or Next.js) Strong understanding of modern front-end architecture, state management, and testing practices A solid grasp of UX/UI principles and attention to design detail Experience working in fast-paced or startup environments Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of complex projects from start to finish

Nice to Have

Experience building developer tools or platforms Familiarity with performance monitoring, analytics, or A/B testing Contributions to open-source projects or technical writing/blogs
