Job Summary:
The Senior Front-End Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex front-end solutions for web applications, websites, and interactive projects. This individual will leverage their extensive experience to provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, user-friendly, and performant front-end code. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of modern front-end technologies, a passion for user experience, and excellent communication skills in English.
Responsibilities:

• Front-End Development & Architecture:

• Design and develop complex front-end architectures for web applications and websites.
• Implement responsive and accessible user interfaces using modern front-end technologies.
• Optimize front-end performance for speed and scalability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Develop and maintain front-end style guides and component libraries.
• Technical Leadership & Mentorship:

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to front-end development teams.
• Lead code reviews and ensure code quality.
• Mentor and train junior developers.
• Contribute to architectural design and technical decision-making.
• Evaluate and recommend new front-end technologies and tools.
• Project Collaboration & Communication:

• Collaborate with designers, back-end developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality projects.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders in English.
• Participate in project planning and estimation.
• Present technical solutions and proposals.
• Ensure all work is done according to the project specifications.
• Performance and Optimization:

• Conduct performance analysis and optimization of front-end applications.
• Implement best practices for SEO and accessibility.
• Work with modern build tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility.
• Innovation and Trend Awareness:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies and trends.
• Explore and evaluate new tools and techniques.
• Contribute to the development of innovative front-end solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in front-end development.
• Expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Extensive experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Vuex).
• Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility principles.
• Experience with front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel).
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

• Front-End Expertise: Deep understanding of modern front-end technologies and best practices.
• Technical Leader
