As a Senior Fragrance Developer, you will have the responsibility of developing winning fragrances for the assigned categories and markets. You will work closely with Account Managers and Marketing team to develop olfactive strategies and drive sales. Proactively develop strategic fragrance collections for key customers based on their needs. Use your expertise to analyze benchmark products and market data to translate into development briefs.

Promote library fragrances where applicable
Guide perfumers in developing winning fragrances
Understanding of olfactive strategies of main brands in market/category
Analyze client portfolio and perform gap analysis
Grow untapped accounts through strategic fragrance portfolio reviews
Identify best performing fragrances for assigned category and promote to sales team
Work closely with other evaluators, perfumers and sales team
Support assigned markets by looking at trends, gaps and prospects
Training the Junior evaluators
Building evaluation protocols
Skills and Attributes Required Minimum 8 years' experience in Fragrance Development role
Excellent communication & presentation skills (Spoken & Written English), Arabic is a plus
Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Minimum passing score in CPL sensory test is a must
Olfactive knowledge & perfumery language
Market knowledge of the assigned category
