Description:
We are looking for a Senior FP&A and Controlling Officer to lead financial planning, analysis, and controlling functions. The role will drive budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis, ensure compliance with IFRS standards, and provide actionable insights to support strategic business decisions and optimize financial performance.
Main tasks and responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning cycles.
• Analyze financial results, prepare variance analyses, and deliver executive-level reporting.
• Partner with key stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
• Drive financial modeling, profitability analysis, and performance monitoring.
• Support internal controls, compliance, and cost management initiatives.
• Ensure financial reporting and planning align with IFRS standards and group policies.
• Lead or support financial transformation, digitalization, or process improvement projects.

Education and Experience

• Big 4 experience is highly preferred (audit, advisory, or transaction services).
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CMA, CPA, or CFA is a strong plus.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, controlling, or financial consulting.
• Strong command of financial tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI, Excel modeling).
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive, business-oriented mindset.
