Knowledge & Qualification:
- Fluent in English Language. Knowledge of other languages will be an added advantage. Ability to work in Multinational workforce Very good knowledge in technical terms and report writing skills. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Foreman-Sr. is expected to resolve all work related issues by finding the way to do the jobs as instructed. Exercise discipline at the work site to prevent absenteeism, unsafe work practices and idleness. Provide feedback regarding performance appraisal of workers to the department manager via supervisor when required. Ensuring efficient and effective manpower loading on completion program.
Basic Salary: AED-3000
