About the role:
The Senior Food & Beverage Attendant at House of Hype will play a key role in
overseeing and enhancing the guest overall F&B experience in this fast-paced,
high-energy environment. You will lead by example, ensuring exceptional service,
operational efficiency, and smooth teamwork. As a senior member of the F&B
team, you will also mentor junior staff, assist in training, and ensure that the
overall service meets House of Hype's high standards. If you're an experienced
F&B professional with a passion for creating vibrant, memorable experiences, we

experiences for our guests, ensuring they enjoy every moment of their visit. You

Key Responsibilities:
Guest Experience Leadership: Lead by example in delivering outstanding
service to all guests. Engage with guests, anticipate their needs, and create
an energetic and memorable experience in line with the House of Hype's
unique atmosphere.
Team Supervision & Training: Support and guide F&B attendants, ensuring
they deliver high-quality service. Provide training and mentorship to new
staff, ensuring they understand operational standards, safety protocols,
and customer service expectations.
Operational Excellence: Oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring smooth
and efficient service, accurate order taking, and prompt delivery of food
and beverages. Troubleshoot any operational challenges and ensure swift
resolution.
Quality Control & Consistency: Ensure that food and beverage offerings
are served to the highest standard, adhering to presentation, taste, and
safety guidelines. Conduct regular checks to ensure the quality and
consistency of service.
Upselling & Promotions: Actively promote and upsell food and beverage
items, special offers, and experiences to enhance the guest experience and
drive revenue. Provide insights on menu updates or changes to the team.
Understanding not to be pushy or overpowering.
Inventory & Stock Management: Assist in monitoring inventory levels,
ensuring that all necessary supplies are stocked and available for service.
Coordinate with the F&B Supervisor to place orders for replenishments
when necessary.
Health & Safety Compliance: Maintain and enforce cleanliness, hygiene,
and safety standards in all areas of the F&B department, ensuring
compliance with Dubai Municipality, Food Watch and House of Hype
guidelines.
Problem Solving & Conflict Resolution: Address guest complaints,
concerns, or special requests with a positive and solution-oriented
approach. Ensure any issues are resolved promptly and to the satisfaction
of the guest.
Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with all departments
and operations teams to ensure seamless coordination and an exceptional
guest experience across all touchpoints.
About You:
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in a senior F&B role,
preferably in a high-energy, high-volume setting such as a theme park,
resort, or large entertainment venue.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-
paced environment while maintaining a high level of customer service and
operational efficiency.
Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the
ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests, team members,
and management.
High-Energy & Enthusiasm: A vibrant, dynamic personality with a passion
for hospitality and creating extraordinary guest experiences in an exciting,
fast-paced environment.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong decision-making and conflict resolution
skills to handle guest issues and operational challenges swiftly and
effectively.
Guest-Focused Attitude: Strong commitment to providing exceptional
guest service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.
Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional
languages is a plus.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and move efficiently for extended
periods, including carrying trays and assisting in food service operations.
Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends,
and public holidays as required by the theme park's operating schedule.
