Job Summary:

AtkinsRealis is seeking a highly experienced and qualified

Senior FM Operations Manager

to lead and oversee the operational delivery of a major Facilities Management project in Qatar. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in MEP systems, strategic leadership, and proven experience in managing complex FM operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the FM operations team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery across all MEP systems. Develop and implement strategic operational plans aligned with client requirements and contractual obligations. Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs, ensuring compliance with international standards and local regulations. Manage vendor and subcontractor performance, ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution. Monitor KPIs and SLAs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and operational reports. Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies. Support digital transformation initiatives including CAFM systems and smart FM technologies. Act as the primary point of contact for client and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in MEP Engineering

or a related discipline.

Certified Facility Manager (CFM)

certification is mandatory. Minimum

5 years of experience

in a

Senior FM Operations Manager

role within the

Facilities Management field

. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proven experience in managing large-scale FM projects, preferably in the Middle East. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills. Proficiency in FM software, reporting tools, and data-driven decision-making.
