The role requires deep hands-on expertise in FCUBS versions 11.x to 14.x, strong banking domain knowledge, and experience delivering core banking transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable FLEXCUBE solutions
• Lead FLEXCUBE development, customization, implementation, and production support activities
• Work extensively on FCUBS versions 11.x to 14.x for product configuration and enhancement
• Provide technical leadership for digital core transformation and core banking upgrade initiatives
• Develop, review, and optimize Oracle PL/SQL programs and integration methods including APIs, REST APIs, microservices, and batch processes
• Work closely with banking users to understand operational workflows and deliver high-quality solutions
• Support system testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities as part of SDLC
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, architects, and development teams
• Contribute to solution architecture, design specifications, and technical documentation
• Ensure adherence to banking compliance, operational procedures, and process standards

Ideal Profile

• Engineer or Postgraduate with 10+ years of experience, including minimum 5 years hands-on in FLEXCUBE
• Mandatory experience in core banking implementation as a Consultant, Solution Architect, or Senior Product Developer
• Strong hands-on experience in FLEXCUBE (FCUBS) versions 11.x to 14.x
• Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL, APIs, REST APIs, microservices, and batch integrations
• Strong understanding of SDLC processes and end-to-end implementation lifecycle
• Deep domain knowledge of banking operations including Core Banking, GL, Loans, Payments, Trade Finance, and related banking channels
• Experience in banking production support is an advantage
• Experience in digital core transformation projects is an added advantage
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
