The applicant should have excellent knowledge of joinery and fit-out estimation within the UAE and GCC. The Estimator will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process by providing accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for kid\'s furniture, play equipment, and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating, excellent analytical skills, and a deep understanding of materials and manufacturing processes. The Estimator will work closely with our sales, design, and production teams to ensure the successful execution of projects, meeting both client expectations and company profitability goals. Key Responsibilities: Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for kids furniture, play equipment, and fit-out projects based on client specifications, design drawings, scope of work, and materials requirements. Material and Labor Analysis: Analyze material and labor costs, sourcing the best suppliers and subcontractors to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality standards. Conduct material assessments, quantify required materials and sourcing materials in coordination with Procurement Team. Project Coordination: Collaborate with sales, design, and production teams to review project requirements, resolve discrepancies, and refine estimates as necessary. Bid Preparation: Prepare comprehensive and professional bids and proposals for clients, ensuring that all aspects of the estimate are clearly outlined and justified. Cost Tracking: Monitor project costs throughout the manufacturing process, tracking actual costs against estimated costs and identifying deviations. Collaborate with production and project teams to optimize costs and maintain quality. Supplier Negotiation: Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and timely deliveries. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of estimates, bids, supplier quotations, and other relevant documents. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and manufacturing techniques to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of the estimating process. Shipping Price: Contact shipping company and get the shipping price of the products. Calculate volumetric shipping weight of the products for the website. Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience (5 Years) as an Estimator in the fit out manufacturing industry with joinery work, particularly in kids wooden furniture, play equipment, or fit-out projects.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams and with clients.
• Ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards related to kids furniture, play equipment, and fit-out projects.
