Supervise and manage daily production operations in the workshop/factory and Work Sites Ensure that work is completed on schedule and meets quality standards Allocate resources and assign tasks to production teams efficiently Monitor staff performance and ensure safety compliance at all times Coordinate with the project, design, and procurement teams to meet deadlines Maintain proper production records and reports Identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
Requirements: Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience in joinery production Strong knowledge of production processes, materials, and machinery Ability to read technical drawings and production plans Ability to make cutting list Ability to take accurate site measurements and prepare measurement reports. Leadership qualities with strong communication and organizational skills Familiarity with workplace safety regulations and quality standards Driving License is a Plus
