Client > agreement with a Consulting Firm for a Leather Manufacturer Company in UAE
Candidate Role > The ideal profile will manage the entire financial governance process, from the legal books accounting to the production / management accounting, being able to set up a proper KPI system for performance management reporting. In addition, the perfect candidate will need to review the overall financing of the organization, with implication in re-design a roadmap to more or less full automation.
Skills and attributes to be a successful Candidate> 1) 7-10 years of work experience, with a minimum 3 years in performance management function 2) Bachelor\'s Degree from a reputable university 3) Experience of executing Finance reorganization, deep diving analytical process to produce data and create analysis 4) Know-how about how to setup and generate a KPI performance management system 5) Experience redesign Finance Department 6) Confidence with Manufacturing companies and specifically Leather would be appreciated
