Senior Financial Analyst

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Client & Scope Overview:

This opportunity is part of a multi-year program providing Project Management Consultancy Services for 3 years. Selected professionals will support the planning, implementation, monitoring, and quality assurance of development and humanitarian projects across multiple sectors, including infrastructure, health, education, economic development, disaster management, and climate change. Experts will be mobilized as required to provide technical depth, project delivery support, and alignment with international best practices and donor standards.

Required Qualifications:

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of professional experience in financial analysis, project budgeting, or auditing. Strong knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, and reporting. Familiarity with donor-funded project financial requirements and compliance standards. Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, ACCA) are an advantage.

Field of Experience:

Financial planning, auditing, and project-based financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct financial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making. Monitor project expenditures, ensuring compliance with approved budgets. Prepare financial reports for internal and external stakeholders. Support audits and ensure adherence to international financial and donor standards.

Language:

Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
