Job Description

As a Senior Analyst - Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), you will support strategic decision-making across the Group's real estate and hospitality portfolio. Your role will focus on financial modeling, investment analysis, and business performance reporting.


You will evaluate opportunities such as acquisitions, developments, and divestments, and support transaction structuring and financing in coordination with external partners. In parallel, you'll lead the preparation of monthly dashboards and quarterly board presentations, offering insights on performance, growth, and capital efficiency.


This role requires strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and the ability to work closely with both internal stakeholders and external financial institutions.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Investment Analysis & Financial Modelling

Develop and maintain financial models for real estate and hospitality projects, including development, acquisition, refinancing, and exit scenarios. Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to evaluate risk-adjusted returns and capital structures. Assess the impact of various debt and equity financing structures on project viability.

Business Performance Analytics

Analyze business performance across key financial metrics including revenue, margins, and cost drivers. Track KPIs and develop dashboards to support strategic and operational decision-making. Contribute to quarterly board and executive presentations with data-driven insights and forecasts.

Transaction Support & Debt Structuring

Support the assessment, structuring, and execution of investment transactions. Review debt financing options and assist in negotiating loan terms and covenants. Liaise with banks, legal advisors, and consultants on financial aspects of deals.

Financial Planning & Forecasting

Assist in budgeting and forecasting for projects and business units. Analyze performance variances and provide recommendations to improve financial outcomes.

Strategic Finance Initiatives

Contribute to financial strategies that enhance revenue, reduce costs, and drive capital efficiency. Identify opportunities to increase return on investment and align with business goals.

Stakeholder Engagement

Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., development, operations, legal, strategy) to validate assumptions. * Engage with external partners including banks, advisors, and investors.
