Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field + Master's Degree in Finance, Business Administration * Qualified finance professionals with CA/CMA/ACCA/CPA

• Minimum 5-year professional experience in Accounts/Finance
• Working knowledge in Accounting Concepts & application oriented clarity in IFRS & IAS

Description
This role will be critical in driving financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making to ensure the company's financial health and growth. You will work closely with senior management to analyze complex financial data, provide actionable insights, and support budgeting, planning, and strategic initiatives.

• Responsible for daily financial operations
• Maintain books of accounts in accordance with IFRS & IAS
• Prepare accounts consolidation
• Prepare Management Reports - monthly & periodically as required.
• Compilation, interpretation & review of Financial & Business performance information for strategic decision making.
• Prepare and manage Cash Management, CAPEX & Working Capital.
• Develop, prepare, review & monitor Business plans.
