Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for marketing and customer solutions functions
• Partner with marketing leadership to evaluate campaign performance, ROI, and investment effectiveness
• Provide strategic financial insights to support customer growth, acquisition, and retention initiatives
• Ensure strong cost control, governance, and compliance across marketing spend
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business cases, new initiatives, and strategic decisions
• Monitor financial performance against targets and provide timely variance analysis and reporting
• Support long-term planning, strategic reviews, and senior management presentations
• Collaborate with finance, commercial, and business teams to align financial strategies with overall business goals

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 8 to 10 years of progressive finance experience, with strong exposure to marketing or commercial finance
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and business partnering
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
