Drive group-wide financial controlling and reporting standards

Support statutory reporting and regulatory compliance
Coordinate external audit preparation and requirements
Collaborate with Group Functions and Divisional Finance Controllers
Standardize finance processes and support ERP/finance system integration
Facilitate knowledge sharing across divisions
Ideal Profile
CA, CPA, or equivalent mandatory
12-15+ years progressive experience in financial controlling
Advanced IFRS knowledge and consolidation experience
Strong stakeholder management and influence across large organizations
Experienced with ERP implementations, preferably SAP
Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and strong in Excel
