Job Details
Knowledge, skills & experience:
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, CFA, or ACCA are highly desirable.
12 -15 years of progressive experience in finance, with 5-7 years in financial reporting, FP&A, and strategy.
Ideally, 3+ years of experience in investment, private equity, or M&A, preferably within a reputable MNC or consulting firm.
Proven experience in developing management reporting, financial decks, and investment presentations.
Previous tenure in a Big 4 accounting firm is a significant advantage.
Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel, including modeling and analysis.
Expertise in financial forecasting, valuation techniques, and investment analysis.
Skilled in creating impactful decks and presentations tailored for high-level stakeholders.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Strong leadership and team management abilities, fostering growth and collaboration.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at all levels.
Adaptability to dynamic environments and the capability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
