To provide first class service for the Eaton installed base products and ensure maximum customer satisfaction and loyalty. The primary function of the role is to perform UPS commissioning, service/repairs and periodic maintenance for Eaton Install base. You will be working on Eaton UPSs including the scope from small 1-phase UPS to large data center UPSs up to 1700kVA. Follow up customer agreements and customer satisfaction through planning, execution, documentation and invoicing of service tasks. Ensure update of customer information, technical documentation and input to correct invoicing of customers. Support customers in technical questions (phone and/ or mail). Support own colleagues in Service department and sales with technical knowledge. Participate in required training (technical, mandatory by Eaton or by law). Responsilities over the service request realization (timing, effectiveness) and service sales budget realization.
Responsible for Service enginners team and performing commissioning, service, repair and preventive maintenance on Eatons Installed Base/products.
Proactively be involved in scheduling and planning of works for the FSEs
Actively support and work to be in line with goals and performance KPIs.
Secure timely reporting and technical reports are done in connection to each individual work.
Attending all mandatory trainings provided in accordance with Eaton policy.
Working and acting in line with Eaton guidelines, processes and code of ethics.
Cooperate with Project Managers in projects supporting in plannnig and commissioning scheduling.
Offer support for high profile clients, providing technical advice and attending site visits as required.
Maintain direct links with business units (HPO) in technical issues.
Actively support Eatons Environment, Health & Safety culture.
