1. Coordinate and work with the Head of FF&E / Project Lead in the development of overall design concepts.
2. Prepare schemes and sample boards to include, furniture, fabrics, and accessories.
3. Prepare spec sheets for all selected and custom items.
4. Develop the necessary and appropriate budgets required for the assigned project.
5. Assist in the preparation of Purchase Orders
6. Review shop drawings and follow up on all manufactured items.
7. Be informed and regularly updated on various FF&E supplies and materials relative to design/decoration purposes and budgets.
8. Travel to shows and exhibitions for FF&E
9. Carry out all the above responsibilities and all necessary documentation within set time schedule and meet project progress schedule.

Profile
- Minimum of a Bachelor\'s Degree/Diploma in Architecture/Interior design
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience
- Experience required in Interior design presentation, Sourcing and documenting FF&E design, Selections& documentation of interior architectural finishes.
- Experience with AutoCAD, InDesign, SketchUp, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Team-oriented, articulate, flexible, and productive.
- Keen eye on detail, updated with the latest ID trends.
