Supervise and coordinate daily food and beverage service operations
Ensure excellent guest experience and handle guest concerns professionally
Support training, scheduling, and performance management of F&B colleagues
Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and compliance with hygiene standards
Assist in inventory control, cost management, and operational reporting
Ensure adherence to company policies, brand standards, and safety procedures
Qualifications
Proven experience in a supervisory role within Food & Beverage
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Good knowledge of service standards, hygiene, and safety practices
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
