Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and control day to day operation of the jobsite under instruction from the line manager.
2. Execute scheduled maintenance and repair works of all Engineering Services like masonry, carpentry, painting, roofing and infrastructure services within the assigned operational area.
3. Prepare daily job allocations for the facilities team, prepare report for Handyman Service / PPM and progress summary report as required to line manager.
4. Organize required parts / materials and arrange to deliver to worksite on time.
5. Provide hands-on support for any major rectification works as required.
6. Ensures that the generated daily ticket complaints are actioned on time and to submit to line manager for information / verification and further submission to Management.
7. Submit actual daily time allocation sheets of reporting staff to operations.
