Senior Facilities Engineer

Job Description
1. Represents clients in respect of FM with the duly appointed FM companies in order to ensure best procedures / practices are offered by the FM companies.
2. Participate in the selection of contract services , vendor negotiation of service agreements and day to day compliance with standards established within the service agreement.
3. Administer and monitor Preventive Maintenance Program.
4. Adhere to Annual Budget by planning and monitoring expenses.
5. Stay current on facilities best practices and trends to facilitate effective delivery of facilities services.
6. Interact with Maintenance and Service Providers to maintain and assure contractor's compliance with job specifications, safety programs, facility access authorization and conflict of interest protocols.
7. Assist in the monitoring and troubleshooting of building equipment such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, water sewer, gas, UPS, generator, structural, external grounds equipment, interior furniture, etc.
8. Interact with other departments to insure compliance to established standards and to achieve over all objectives.
