Overview:

Professional and individual contributor role accountable for the oversight of expediting specific deliverables on one or more project as directed. This position is a professional role recognized as an industry expert in Expediting required to be accountable and meet performance/quality metrics and ensuring contractual obligations are met.

This position is a Senior Professional (P3) role with experience in Expediting in CB&I related markets, products, clients, and customers.
Responsibilities:
Reviews purchase order delivery requirements to assure quality and project requirements are met Identifies and understands levels of required expediting and actions workload to optimize material deliveries according to project schedule requirements and shop demands Includes accurate and timely expediting of Purchase Orders and MTRs Based on Engineering specifications, contract requirements and minimum CB&I standards, provide direction on sourcing of materials along with contract flow downs and documents needed from supplier for full compliance and adequacy of orders Participate where required in the TEDS process, and liaise with client for any deviation through Project Team (raising TQ or deviations as warranted to clear points) Review supplier deliverables for alignment with the set requirement Compile Inspection Assignment Packages consisting of unpriced PO / IRF / SDR / RITA (along with the docs) / drawings and data sheets as applicable along with ensuring latest revisions are always updated and communicated Coordinate source inspections and notifications as necessary to client, and ensure iDocs is always up to date with source inspector records, signed certs and supplier inspection records Perform Supplier Audits where required Completes consistent and timely updates to delivery dates in the Company system, and distributes weekly expediting reports to the Project Team and to Suppliers Ensures Supplier's timely delivery of all items on Purchase Orders to maintain Project schedule Works with procurement management to identify performance gaps and delays including engineering drawing delays, fabrication problems, delivery delays, sub-supplier management and people resources Ensures expediting issues are being coordinated between the other departments, offices, fabrication and construction teams to meet project requirements and deadlines Notifies and collaborates with Logistics subject matter expert on material movements that fall within CB&I responsibility Maintains and promotes a focus on CB&I end-product whether procurement, engineering, fabrication or construction related Ensures effective communications among procurement disciplines, clients, project teams, and suppliers Management of Supplier warranty claim, notification to suppliers and track any charges /claims. Prepare, update and issue comprehensive progress Report on timely basis.

Local Requirements:
This role routinely interacts with internal Operations/Project Management, other Functional personnel (Engineering, estimating, project controls, etc), Executive Management, Professional Staff and Corporate Function Leads. Qualifications:

8+ Yrs. In Supply Chain; 4+ Yrs. Company or EPC industry in similar field Demonstrates a knowledge of the expediting process as related to procurement. Ability to effectively communicate to procurement personnel and non-procurement personnel
