Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the organisation's corporate presence on professional platforms such as LinkedIn
  • Develop internal marketing content showcasing milestones, achievements, and values-driven initiatives
  • Plan and execute content calendars aligned with business priorities and leadership communication
  • Partner with internal teams to create compelling stories, announcements, and engagement campaigns
  • Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and identity across internal and external communication
  • Create content for newsletters, announcements, and recognition programmes
  • Develop creative campaigns supporting initiatives including training, wellness, CSR, and engagement activities

  • Coordinate with creative partners, designers, and photographers to maintain content quality

  • Support HR and Marketing teams in event planning, logistics coordination, and on-ground coverage
  • Prepare post-event summaries and engagement reports
  • Work closely with Marketing, HR, and Operations to align communication strategies with business objectives
  • Support the Marketing Manager in ensuring strategic and brand alignment across business units
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
  • Strong understanding of internal communication, employee engagement, and corporate branding
  • Excellent English writing, editing, and storytelling abilities
  • Knowledge of social media management and digital content tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience in marketing, internal communications, or corporate communications within hospitality or service industries
  • Strong organisational skills, creativity, and attention to detail
  • Experience in content creation, social media management, and campaign execution
  • Familiarity with event coordination and engagement activities
