Prepares the lease renewal agreements for Parks and Zone and ensures the completion of all associated processes. Receive and verify the documents/service request submitted by the customers for Lease Renewal/ Rent Review / Amendment and ensure requirements are met. Obtain approval from Head of Section to proceed with critical transactions. Approve / Export the invoices related to the lease rent for Parks and Zones customers on monthly basis. Initiate lease renewals and rent reviews for all P&Z customers. Respond to inquiries, provide necessary clarifications and follow up as requested by customers or internal departments. Receive and process Lease refund requests submitted by the customers Process customer requests for lease attestation and Insurance Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate special arrangements (example temporary plots, addendums) with the customers, ensuring that facilities are leased in accordance with the planned agreements. Engage with prospective clients and provide them with relevant information regarding lease services. Verify the service requests submitted by the customer for lease termination, ensuring all requirements are fulfilled. Meet with prospective clients and provide them with the necessary information regarding lease termination and related legal matters. Review and process the monthly list of expired leases and forward it to the Legal Department for all Parks and Zones companies. Consult with the Head of Section regarding cases that require legal action and forward them to the Legal Department for further handling. Process the termination of all existing leases, ensuring the timely and accurate completion of each transaction. Coordinate with internal departments to resolve any outstanding payments, facility allocation statuses, or terminations related to takeovers. Liaise with internal departments to prepare and calculate lease reinstatement package charges for all Parks and Zones customers. #LI-JS4
